This man saw an injured cat from afar and called out to her. The stray cat ran towards him and he quickly checked her leg for the injury he spotted. Realizing that the injury is severe, he knew if he doesn’t do something, the cat wouldn’t survive. So he grabbed a kennel and asked the cat to get in.
The cat seemed to sense that this is a good person so he got into the kennel and the man brought him to the animal hospital. The vet checked the cat and that’s when they realized the true extent of the cat’s injuries. She had several deep holes in her tiny body.
They gave her something to eat. But the cat sooned began to puke. After more tests, they realized that the cat has 4 broken ribs and a peforated diaphram. It’s a miracle that the cat could survive this long. The vet warned that the cat’s death is guaranteed if she doesn’t get surgery. But if she does get surgery, she may not survive due to her numerous injuries.
Knowing that the vet bill would be expensive, the man still decided to give it a try seeing how determined the cat was to survive.
After the surgery, the man waited 3 hours for the cat to wake up and respond to his touch. Thankfully, the cat did eventually wake up but still needed lots of rest. He said goodbye to the cat and a month later, got the call that he could go get the cat.
The man texted his vet friend who owns a vet clinic what the cost would be. The man hasn’t asked the clinic for an estimate because he was afraid it would deter him from saving the cat. After hearing the estimate from his friend, he felt a bit of regret because it was at least $10,000.
The man went to get the cat and found that the cat had grown bigger and fatter which he was very happy about. Ready to pay the hefty bill, he was surprised when the vet clinic billed him only $2000. To thank him for his dedication to the stray cat.
He eventually sent $3000 to the clinic instead. This goes to show just how there are still kind people in the world and that many vets really do care for the animals under their care. Even if it’s a stray.

Can anyone explain to me why a human and animal LIFE needs a fortune to save? Everyone in my family who are either veterinarians or doctors studied simply for the prestige and financial gain. I am going to get crucified for this comment I know. Maybe my doctor can tell me why she insisted on driving a Mercedes, yet I can die from pneumonia if I can't pay her.
