11. I get that the lawyer is not a morally good person but no morally good person can be a good lawyer. It’s literally their job to get their clients off the hook. A moral lawyer won’t get many clients and you can’t pay the bills with morals.

15. This short is showing a cheap trick DUI lawyers use to get the cop to say "No" a lot that has NOTHING to do with the relevant evidence.

    It's like if you found a guy holding a bloody knife standing over a murder victim, and his defense lawyer asks you, "Did you see him with a gun? With a bloody candlestick? Did you hear the victim cry out with his last words, 'That man! Charlie Edward Brown, date of birth 1-1-97, just killed me!'"

    In my state at least, as long as you have some kind of RS on a driver in a public roadway, you can start a DWI investigation purely on intoxication indicators. (Smell consistent with an alcoholic beverage, red eyes, swaying, slurred speech, etc…) The NHTSA cues are not at all required to determine whether or not a driver is drunk.

    Again, not in my state, maybe its different in that court.

41. It doesn't show the case being dismissed bc it probably wasn't. All the lawyer did was point out that speeding, a stop able offense, is not a condition of potential DUI. However, once stopped the officer can initiate probable cause for a dui investigation based on behavior he sees, smell of alcohol etc. It's just a lawyer trick to attempt to confuse the jury
