At 8:36 If you slow the video down and look carefully on the side skirt of the car you can see what appears to be a hand sticking out a for second before it goes back under the car quickly.

#1 not a creature but a human…looks like they're old and carrying something on his/her back (from the way the person is moving what's on their back seems to be heavy). The person reached out and touched the car when Passing by it!!!! not paranormal at all!!!!
It's a recording….he knew that the car was empty and decided to take advantage to get his own mins. of fame!!!!!!
