  2. Im a huge tomato junkie. Love growing dozens of varieties of especially strong flavors in organic material like fish emulsion and blood and bone meal. This region of the world have the most beautiful, perfect tomatoes I've ever seen. Especially in Uzbekistan.

  3. 1:30 maaaan those nut logs look awesome. The nouget, the nuts. I could eat a pound of that Pistachio. I don't know what that electric purple one is but I want it too. Why do so many of these countries have the best looking organic produce ever. Just perfect and all the stuff we get here in America, even organic looks like total crap and the organic isn't even any good in regular stores. Why I love growing my own stuff or getting it from local farmers.

  4. I love chicken hearts, I love lambs hearts (especially when my wife stuffs them with cheese), I don't mind pigs heart. But that horse heart looks a step too far.
