Yes the woman that hit and ran was wrong, but the other woman was also in the wrong. She had dashcam footage with the womans plate number. Chasing her down and crashing into her could've gotten someone else hurt or k*lled.
The first people could've drove in the same direction as the train then turn off the tracks, or parked sideways againt the barrier.

The incident in Fort Lauderdale, don’t ever chase them, be thankful she wasn’t armed. If it’s a hit and run if you can get the info, if not just let it go and tell your insurance that you are the victim of a crime because whether it’s your fault or not your rates will still go up but a dash cam is very important.
