The video of the girl talking to someone who is not there, well there is someone there outside. Where this person came from, who knows becUse as she is walking towards the doors, no one is there. But as soon as she goes down, there is a person, looks to be a male right outside. Exactly at 3:10 you can see the male above the guys head… also if you pay attention to the time stamp, it jumps and goes a bit crazy in the seconds when the two guys walk up to her… I think its fake…

Regarding the hair flicking, when I was a little girl I was in a KFC with my mother near Halloween and there was a triple murder of the manager and to employees about 10 to 15 years prior my mother had been scheduled to work at that location before it was a KFC the night that the murders happened and while I was there one of the spirits was playing with my braids and CCTV in the location had caught it and other people were watching and got very spooked understandably. But being a child that has grown up with spirits around it wasn't anything for me to worry about. As the spirit was actually known to my mother and thought that I was my mother just playing a prank on me. Unfortunately this was in a time before camera phones could record and having a cell phone was a big deal
