9. To make that bright of a light underwater you'd have to have a powerful light source, and whatever that was in the water wasn't a human being, I didn't see scuba gear, that's a great capture and I don't think it was a navy sub or anything I can't explain away, that's a submerged unknown object.

17. For a shadow you can see it's face!! I think it's a mannequin. It don't look anything like something paranormal it looks like a mannequin a punk rock or emo mannequinand his dog wasn't scared at all it was yipping because of him running and screaming like a little girl!! I think he put that in his closet.
