  1. The captain asking the passagers to pray actually did I very nice job IMO for several reasons. Praying makes people calm down rather than paniking them. It also keeps them occupied, which further calms them down. And since this video reached us it's obviously it worked and the prayers were listened.
Not to mention that if I were in a life and death situation I would definetely like to be told the truth instead of bullshit like "think positive, look how blue is the sky, how nice is the rainbow, everything is gonna be ok…" when obiously it's not.

  2. Ladies and gentlemen, you may have experienced some rather uncomfortable, perhaps even soulcrushing vibrations.

We are moving from order to chaos at a tremendous speed, at an altitude that is sure to prolong any mid-air suffering we may encounter. We may experience eardeafening winds and terrifying shreaks of mechanical surrender, battling for honours in a race to ultimately send our anatomy to a state of disrepair way, way, way beyond the heartbreaking disfigurement you may currently envision, shortly.

  3. Is this some America-specific detoid that a psycosis patient (clearly? I mean, come on) receives a sentence of up to 20 years in prison. For getting ill on the plane basically? Doesn't sound fair to me imo. And im speaking bout that last one in specific. The captain very clearly suffered an acute psychosis which is basically an illness – albeit an illness of the mind, still illness.
