  1. I love what you do!! However, I just cannot watch. I suffer from a medical condition where I cannot hold back emotions; so, your stories and these sweet doggies just break my heart, and I end up in tears every time. I wish you the best and may God bless.

  2. As someone who adopts seniors, this breaks my heart. I do understand situations come up, but these owners clearly just don't care, and that's simply inexcusable. I just love seniors, they don't deserve to be in a shelter for their golden years ❤❤

  3. If it’s illegal to dump a car or trash why is it one can dump one’s dog?
The city should fine the family and the dog is housed with someone who cares.
    Shame on this family.
My mom broke her back and left the emergency room because she had no one to watch her Greyhound. The ER was willing to find a way to help her out but she had been in the ER several hours and she felt the dog needed to go out right away. I was willing to fly in and take care of the dog.
Butterscotch’s family wasn’t in the hospital he needed care that they didn’t want to pay for the dental work.
Shame on them! They didn’t keep up with his teeth. He deserves a loving family for his final years.
Cheers! I love treats too , Butterscotch!

  4. I had a cocker spaniel for 16 1/2 years before he passed away. He was my baby ❤ I still miss him SO much every day. He was the sweetest boy and was spoiled everyday of his life. In the last five or so years of his life he had eye problems and eventually went blind. But he still lived a great life after that. I made sure of it. He had no problem finding his food and my lap. ❤His name was Charlie and I would have NEVER abandoned my baby no matter what. I hate to see when families do this to those fur babies.

  5. I have had 2 cocker that I adopted thru rescue. Crazy fun loving dogs. I would love to adopt this guy. I recently had my senior blind dog pass away. My home and me are lonely.

  6. Oh, I love senior dogs. My sil and mil work for vets, and since I work from home, I have taken in so many elderly dogs casted away by the very people who are supposed to love them. Key to dogs that can not see very well is to approach with your voice before you try and pick them up. Some are prone to nip if you startle them.

  7. is it Possible that someone else has the number that y’all were given or was on a chip or something like that? then again I suppose too that anyone new with the phone is that they would have said that’s not them anymore ❤

  8. that’s adorable that he thumps his tail against the wall! it’s so cute! my mother had a cocker spaniel mix, when we were growing up so he was a family dog too & I was so young that his name (he was spoiled rotten so his name was meant as humor) but I never thought much about the name but my mom named him…. Useless…. I was just a toddler when she got him so it was just a name to me ❤
