28. You might be rescuers but you are not vets. Please forget checking them over and just take them to a vet hospital for treatment immediately. The cat may not have fainted but more likely could have internal bleeding if it ate something poisonous. Being a stray that is highly probable. Please stop mucking around when you find animals and get them to vet attention promptly.
