I am so saddened by Dr Hussein's passing. This is the first time I saw and enjoyed his drive, dedication, and deep respect for those who went before. He is MY Hero.
1:08:23 / 2:56:23 that person sat up right now and looked at you made one comment and laid back down again I think you might say the same thing I would say to you they put me here for a reason you want to leave please
Why did the deep scan not catch that other chamber? That is very interesting.
THE FIRST X-RAY PREISTIS IS A WOMAN/
THE,SECOND X- RAY I DID PRE GUESS WAS A WOMAN BE FIRE THE X- RAY WAS TAKEN
Ok, so I am not educated in this, but why can't they leave the dead where they are? Would we like our burial sites disturbed?
If someone told me about lidar 40 years ago and it could penetrate vegetation and reveal what lies under it I'd have said you watch to much SiFi. Imagine a system like that that could penetrate loose sand an reveal solid objects/structures. Another thing which puzzles me is the further you go back in time the better the workmanship. Like they kept loosing skills along the way as if they were trying to emulate what people built earlier. Then there's the black granite polished sarcophagi which when examined the inscriptions almost look like graffiti. Now they look like someone found them and reused them then vandalized them with crude inscriptions. More questions than answers as regards ancient Egypt.
grave robbing leaches should be ashamed of themselves
they should have mummified dr ramadan hussein when he died
Very well done, but the dramatic music was a bit irritating. The information is enough. Don't need melodrama.
It saddens me watching this, he always seemed like such a wonderful soul and definitely, my favorite archeologist. Taken away far too young RIP Dr Hussein
I've got a shaft you can inspect right here!
Never understood why people like to desecrate burial sites those people were ment to be buried there not to be in a museum there is no respect for the dead

Exploitation
To what purpose upheave these burials? Were meant to never be disturbed
This is interesting to see! However, I have mixed feelings about digging up people who have passed away and turning a very sacred burial process into an exploit for profit and exposure. I wouldn't want to be that person that decides to do this. Can you imagine burying a family member, and learning 2000 years later people are digging up great grandmas body, jars of organs, and the military is escorting them to sell to a museum and documentary teams??😳 I would really like to learn about the lands that are dug up, who gives the permission, how and who pays the workers. When these bodies and artifacts are sold, who profits? Is this a government or political process? Are these privately owned lands? I have soooo many questions about what we dont see.
I have a question that may be answered earlier
Why we have the tomb underneath, did the sand come on top later ???
The rooms are really deep for old times
Like❤
Gone too soon, Dr. Hussein! 💔
How old do our graves need to be before we can expect to have them opened by our ancestors, poked, prodded and desecrated and used as tourist attractions? Asking for a friend…
Well, I know what I’m doing the next 3 hours!
Twins the other 2 jars riight? I guess I’ll have to wait till the end of the video
Great doc!
"This is the hole that keeps giving!" omg that was my nickname in college!
Please never stop making these
Да хотів пошуткувати шо в дитинстві трішкі більше я попорав козу ( виїбав)
Я обов'язково буду дивитись на робоьі Єгипт 😊
Egypt is forever my favourite country.
God is a GOD OF THE LIVING . . . Mark 12:27—-> but go ahead, if you insist in going after things that "do not profit" anyone.
Im watching ur all episode i like especialy about egyptian's pyramids documentry😊
How do they brought down that 5 tonnes sarcophagus lid through 30m hole??
This isn't a real Egyptian documentary, because Zahi Hawass hasn't yet 18 minutes in put himself at the forefront and be the ultimate authority over information released.
I love dig season!!! Wow from watching dig seasons pass from the age of 8 to 28 … I LOVE EGYPTOLOGY !!!
Its interesting they say Egyptians traveled all around the world & were the first ones to discover what is now America. Artifacts & hydroglifics have been found in the Grand Canyon. So Columbus was not the first to discover the US.
Leave it alone.
Now, that statement of "Worlds Oldest Pyramaid" is not a very smart one
It feels like traveling back in time to ancient Egypt! ⏳
What a great job! Many thanks to the team for producing this meaningful episode.
I cried over this great video. RIP Dr Ramadan Badry Hussein you passed away way too early. You had so much more to give us. You are definitely a loss to Egyptian Antiquity.
Video ini sangat berarti bagi ku. Sebagai pengalihan ku di hari sabtu ini. Saya sedang merasa meridukan orang2 dan masalaluku. Nah dengan video ini sedikit dapat teralihkan. Terimakasih nat geo❤
WooW ! Absolutely fantastic, almost three hours of one of the most mystical time in our ancient Word History 🤩Ancient Egypt and new archeological founds ! Thank you very much Nat. Geo. for this precious post🏆🙏👍
Can you imagine… even with these finds, it's likely what has been found and documented is probably less than 1% of what would have been before tombs were plundered.
