  1. Bro i would NOT touch a baby deer while its mom was watching, thats asking to get the SHIT kicked out of you (my dog taught me this 😭 fawn was ok, my dog was sore after though)

A baby deer, or fawn, might instinctively "freeze" and crouch down in the grass when it sees a human approaching because it perceives them as a potential predator, mimicking its natural hiding behavior to blend in with the environment and wait for its mother to return, even though the human isn't actually a threat; essentially, it mistook the human for something dangerous and is trying to hide in plain sight.
