1. This is a heartwarming story — per usual 😊; but I cannot help but feel sad that not all were rescued from this desperate situation — the original owner, unfortunately , was left behind.

2. Id be happy my dog got help but at the same time i would feel worthless not able to care for dog and then to think how quick animals are helped but our fellow humans are not

8. Let's hope and pray that this family get helped too. We probably did not see the whole video, that rescues might help them, but they did not captured it in the video. And beside, At least they are more human than humans i've heard everyday who abandoned dogs or abused them, at least they have heart, that's more than gold. They put their dogs wellbeing above themselves, that's selfless human being. Nobody want to be in the situations like that, so instead of speakinf negatively, we can also help people around us that less unfortunate than us, and also helps stray dogs, cats, and all animals in need too. This world would be a better place if we can hand in hand helping all living breathing.

11. Life can be so hard sometimes. My heart ached when I had to give up my dog, Rosie. I was in such bad shape and I couldn't give her what she needed. It only made sense to give her to someone who would be able to take better care of her but, it doesn't make it hurt any less. Mama has such beautiful eyes.

20. Ik the dog has a better life now. But idk how to feel about taking a homeless dudes dog. Like, I think it’s great what they did. But now that man has nobody.

23. 😢they “rescued “ his only friend. Too bad they couldn’t give him vouchers for free care/food until he’s able to care for them.

    But she seems very happy and well adjusted.

24. This video upsets me. I feel like they brushed aside the fact that the human was struggling too (momma dog seems loved and taken care of, at least). Wouldnt it be better to just take away all the pups and return the mom? It could be the humans only friend🥲

25. It's such a shame the gentleman couldn't have been given the help he needed, too. Then, perhaps he wouldn't have had to let his dog go, or her puppies!! She was clearly very loved, so trusting and gentle, with such a lovely coat! He clearly gave her every last thing he had! I really wish the outcome was different for his sake, but, obviously, I'm glad mum and pups are ok!

    1: Abusers/neglectful( refuses to believe they are in the wrong and won't give up dog without a fight)

    2: are trying but can't( will willingly give up dog to help it)

    3: as good as it can get

34. I'm glad Dixie found a home, but it might have been better to rehome her Pups, spay her, and then support the original owner to keep her. She was probably his only hope and joy.

37. Why didn't you ask people to help the owner, poor man? You could see he loved his dog and the only company he had, and he was in need of help. glad dog and puppies are safe, but without humans, there is no help for animals 😢

38. In a perfect world, the owner would have also been given support to start a new life with his dog.
