15. Why the cop shoots in first video?

16. The first clip escalated from shooting tires to shooting the actual driver. How does that even make sense? My main thing with that is that I didn't hear the sergeant say anything about giving you permission to fire and then that's the main reason why the dispatch should be asking you. Who's firing you or him? They would have known you were firing if you would have had permission to fire and if he did give you permission to fire on the tires doesn't mean that gives you permission to fire on the person

25. The last one was a phone thief in NYC, so how did it end well for the suspect? The guy probably got off with $50 bond and later all charges dropped.
