Insulting in Dragon Age: Origins VS Dragon Age: The Veilguard

Insulting in Dragon Age: Origins VS Dragon Age: The Veilguard
Spread The Viralist

Dragon Age: The Veilguard is the newest release from Bioware and I have been playing this Game recently and going back and forth with Dragon Age: Origins. I have to say that Origins has much more versatile conversation options which make it a better RPG Game, but I want to hear your opinion on this. Which one do you think is better?

  1. So, the insults have been removed.

That aside, can you imagine having a female look and act in DA:V like the Old Nan in DA:O? She’d be attractive, smart, witty, and belittling of the male characters. Also, can you imagine have that many masculine male characters stood talking with any kind of authority in DA:V?

    ….such a progressive time for “great” writing.✨🌈

  2. To be fair, I always found those DA:O options out of place and idiotic… it's how a 5.yo would talk. Never chose them lol
But yeah DA:V is TOO disney.

  3. Wokness aside the games is just garbage…. oh buddy I havn't cringed this hard since destiny "I don't have time to explain why I don't have time to explain."

  4. Seeing the dumpster fire that is Veilguard really just reminds you of how far BioWare as a developer has fallen and how good their games used to be back in the day. KOTOR, Dragon Age Origins and Dragon Age 2, and the Mass Effect trilogy. These guys were the gold standard for RPGs in the mid to late 2000s and early 2010s. Their games were known for their compelling characters and complex narratives. It’s sad to see the current state of BioWare now.

  5. Just look at the rating disparity between critics and players on this game. I still think it will sell pretty well but I hate to see the series come to this.

  6. My favorite one is when the game gives you the option to call someone an idiot and then proceeds to promptly ignore that option by saying something that wasn't even in the dialogue choices because it didn't want to offend the NPC 🤣.
