27. If you can out ski an avalanche, you can call yourself lucky and nothing more. NO cruise ship wants to be Titanic. A couple of years ago, my hubbie and I took a short cruise from Washington to Alaska. It wasn't until we were well under way that we discovered our ship had hit an Iceberg and had been out of service for repairs. Everyone survived, but were stranded for a bit. Luckily, our trip was in the summer and we didn't appear to have any sightings of icebergs. I know nothing of Rainbow Island, but I do know enough about red algae blooms to steer clear. You didn't give an explanation of the red tide, but in my part of the world, this is toxic. That red man walking along ice floes? He's just shy of being in serious trouble. The red is the blood flowing to the skin to prevent frostbite. Once that's unsustainable , there's little heat left and this guy will become hypothermic very quickly, betting against freezing to death. People are stupid. Please don't highlight stupid people endangering themselves.
