Just gotta say congrats to this man for his weight loss journey. Boxing is an amazing sport and I find it helps with stress when I put my gloves on start hitting either the heavy bag or the speed bag.
My great Uncle Don was a pro boxer way back in his day. His amateur record was 72-8 and pro was 19-7. He was #1 Canadian boxer at one point and was inducted into the Canadian Boxing Hall of Fame in 97.
