  1. Adrenaline was the only reason I got up and continued down a mountain after a skiing accident. I ended up breaking off both sides of 2 disks in my lumbar. And severely compressed a disk. I got down to the bottom of the hill and that’s when the adrenaline wore off and I had to go to the hospital.

  2. It often happens to me when im in tough, hard, or critac situation, I can do something i shouldn't be able to do imagine when your perception just suddenly slows everything but at the same time everything is dark, all you can see is the danger or obstacle. Your mind has nothing other than to claim victory or survival. You don't care about any other thing anymore.

  3. It isn't just strength. It is also speed. I had an oven blow up in my face and I somehow managed to dodge the fireball. My head was in the oven when it exploded and I was at the otherside of the kitchen before I even knew what happened.

My eyebrows and eye lashes did not survive though 😂

  4. I never got a 100% adrenaline boost, but I definitely experienced some of it, it feels…weird, like, I am sure if someone threatens my family or pets (which are still family) I could terminate them in an instant unless they are stronger. About the polar bear, I cannot say anything, doesn't seem unrealistic, but highly improbable to ever happen again

  5. "THE BODY PULLS OUT ALL THE STOPS AND LETS YOU TURN UP THE DIAL TO '11'.
YOU DON'T FEEL THE ACHE OF YOUR MUSCLES.
    YOU DON'T FEEL THE PAIN.
YOU JUST DO WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE."

    That gave me chills 💯
