3. Oh bless Bruno, is he a boxer? Or a boxer-cross? He looks so puzzled by life.

   A good friend of mine had a retired working collie on her farm, who developed doggy dementia. They had to make up little things for him to do, to help him still feel part of the farm's routine, but where he would stay safe and warm.

   I love these old dogs; I'm old myself (but, fortunately, fit) and if it was easier for me to travel from Crete to the UK with dogs, I'd love to have a couple to spend their last months or years in comfort with me.
