I don’t mess around with those small planes. I’ve just heard way too many stories about those things malfunctioning. Actually most recent one I heard was river monsters Jeremy wade surviving one a while back.

I was driving on the interstate at 11:30pm.. hardly any traffic. I was cruising about 75mph in the right hand lane. I was in a 2015 F-150 and I was hauling a mini van on a car dolly. A drunk woman driving a Hyundai sonata come up squarely behind me and struck the rear of the mini van I was hauling as she was running about 115mph. The blow broke the dolly straps and the tongue that was attached to my hitch. As she smacked me i instantly gained 10-15Mph from the shove. Now I’m at 85-90mph. And the ass end of my truck is yanked sideways by the dolly and van when everything catches slack. Now I’m completely 90 degrees sideways facing the median and on coming lanes. running 85mph. Im trying to correct it back straight to the original way I was going. But the steering wheel has no more left to turn I’m against the lock. As I fall off in the median ditch I tell my self this is it. This is where I die. But somehow the truck didn’t flip. I was unbuckled. I jumped the median and onbound lanes.. luckily nothing was coming on bound. Or I wouldn’t be here. Soon as I got outta the truck I threw up from the shock of knowing I just cheated death

As someone who has aviation experience the plane thing is no where NEAR a near death experience. You train for stuff like this. Landing without landing gear is sketchy, but not terrible.
