  1. The kitty’s got Pumpkin confused with mum😂 but how sweet that they are snuggling together. Nice and safe now in Takis shelter paradise❤❤thank you all there for your amazing work

  2. Thank you to Takis and Team for this paradise for disabled, chronically ill cats. A few might find good forever homes, but many will spend their remaining days here, with every need met, and love. ❤

  3. Wonderful and cozy Taki. What a fantastic place for the animals. Thank you and bless all of you, your animals and all the helpers, including the lovely friends on this website. 💖

  4. Cats are desert animals and get their moisture from prey. Healthy cats hardly drink water or non at all. Cats are obligate carnivores. They are drinking water at Takis's shelter because of the dry kibble, putting an extra burden on their organs. Kibble feeding is a slow death that zaps their vitality. I feed my cats a raw food balanced diet which I make myself. Even though I leave a bowl of water out, they never drink the water. They get their moisture from their food, and nutrients are better absorbed this way. Kibble and canned food which are both highly processed keep your animals in constant dehydration and inflammation, which lead to degenerative diseases. This garbage food keeps your animals alive but they are not thriving and shortens their life span.
