This is not fake its a 6 to 7 week old puppy thats why its walking funny just starting to walk/run it will grow to the size of the dog walking on the leash.
I've seen smaller and it's 9 weeks old

They are extremely expensive to buy, extremely expensive to keep healthy and end up dying early! My sister brought one spent an exorbitant amount of money on him 10 grand, the doctor bills surpassed that amount. He lived 2 years and died. She then assumed it was a fluke and kept going on and on about the breeder promising her these dogs live over 20 years, she then brought another micro mini for the same price, same vet bills and she lived for 3 years. Do not be fooled by breeders I saw first hand how well my sister took care of these exact same dog as pictured and they still die. One had a funny looking head and I told my sister that he looked sick when she brought him home, she said the breeder told her that sick look was normal, when she took it to the vet, he told her the dog had something that caused his head to be large and funny looking and I can't think of the term but it was an illness that the breeder had to have known the puppy had.
