She is so beautiful, you can tell she is highly intelligent and she will be dedicated to you the rest of her life. She deserves all the spoiling you can give her. Who in the world puts a padlock around a dogs neck? They need to have one around their neck for a year. At least whoever did this didn't kill them, they are all beautiful pups.
