Not to be too harsh on these experienced outdoors people, but when they say they will only be gone for a one or two or three hour hike and they don't need to take food, water, jacket, and other survival gear, you really need to rethink those supplies because those are often the people that go missing the most often with no extra gear. They psha that "junk". Here's me with my SUV with extra water, food, blankets, knives, lighting supplies, compass! 😅

He did and the skipper yelled back that the tail still hadn't passed him.This scared my father so much that he never went back to sea not even to use a ferry to cross between two headlands.He drove 2 hours to get around that big bay. It was not a whale shark or a whale. The skipper had fished all over the world and knew his sharks and whales .He said it was a great white.He also said it had to be 50 and 60 ft long if not bigger.Back then australia hadn't switched to metric so my father still used feet for length not metres.
