39. How can this puppy not melt your heart? The previous owner should be prosecuted for abandoning her because she would have starved to death outside on her own and that doesn’t bear thinking of. She will be traumatised because of what has happened to her but thankfully she has been rescued and is now in the Taxis hotel so her life is dramatically going to change now.
