My friend and my dad were in similar situations. My dad put out a drug addict that had been smoking crack at the back of parking lot where my dad’s restaurant was located. He saw him through the back kitchen window lighting a pipe, and the next moment, KAWBLOOWIE!, the guy goes up in flames and is screaming like a banshee. My dad shot out the back and used his little fire extinguisher to put the flames out.
My bud was driving up in NorCal and came across a multiple car crash and one driver had jumped out and was burning up. My bud pulled over and put him out with a sleeping bag. He says the guy was so messed up on something, probably like the homeless girl that was set on fire, that he wasnt screaming or making any noise.
