1. who ever did this to charley deserves to be in jail and never get put no food or water tied to trash area this poor baby has lost his sight i thing the lady and family is going to keep him God bless him he has some one that will love him for the rest of his life he lives inside know has a bed to sleep in know and maby in the bed with them or if they have kids i know whe i had my doggie she slept in the bed with me Again God bless this family and precious angel karma will get his previous owner for what he did to this sweet angel
