6:14 This makes me mad in parking lots and even on residential roadways. People just get in their car and start reversing without even looking to see if anyone else is backing out or driving through the lot or down the road. They're self-entitled that you 'must' stop for them. I have also seen a video before where two people living diagonally across from one another backed out of their driveways in opposing directions and backed flat into each other. Neither one of them looked. We had an accident in a grocery store parking lot several years ago. We were leaving the store lot and driving on the main road of the lot near the store and this lady just punched it in her SUV and went flying backwards out of the parking spot as we passed. Her back bumper of her SUV scraped along the passenger side of the car. She told the cop that "she looked once and we weren't there and when she backed up we were there". Well yeah, things change by the second in parking lots, so you have to look more than once. People are stupid.

Ok, so to clarify: Mayo is made from Oil and eggs. Both of which can help you get a crispier skin. And because the mayo is whipped – it sticks to the surface, rather than dripping off. Honestly it's not a bad idea.
I would never use mayonnaise as a turkey baste. Just a turkey sandwich with leftovers. My brain says mayo is for sandwiches, deep fried broccoli, and making homemade ranch dressing (store bought tastes gross.) But if I had to guess, eggs are the base ingredient and with the fat content, it could help with browning like an egg wash with pastries and such. Plus the layer that forms could help by sealing in moisture. Just seems like it would taste off.
Plus, I have to say it. Can we PLEASE get people to stop cooking turkeys whole with "stuffing" instead of splaying it out! Doing it without splaying it guarantees parts are undercooked to begin with, and filling it with stuffing prevents both from getting heated and cooked properly unless you overcook the hell out of it. It's the reason salmonella and other illnesses spikes during November! STOP IT! FAR TOO MANY use turkeys to play chicken with salmonella!
