California has been in decline for years, the LA fire and maintenance budget was cut drastically last year, a thousand fire trucks are in-operable at this time in LA. The water reserves fire fighting was very low for this season. These fire events take place every year, prior to the start of this season, every fire fighting resource should be 100% operational and ready for service. Guess what , the leaders of California failed to do their jobs and now will blame everyone else.
