Tens of thousands more people in Los Angeles are under threat of evacuation. They’re watching high winds which could cause sparks to spread fast. Nearly 90,000 people have already been forced from their homes. WCCO’s David Schuman is in Los Angeles County where he found people are not the only ones facing danger, their pets are too.
