Way to many people think you just jump in a crane or heavy equipment & you are a expert operator. I'm a crane operator of 25 years & seen individuals killed & injured. Heard even more stories. I can put you in a plane , doesn't make you a pilot.

You would think as a crane operator she would be a lot more safety conscious than that. I’m a construction safety officer in Vancouver BC Canada and if I saw a crane operator doing these kinds of things he definitely would be getting written up and if they did it again they’d be gone. I’m guessing the safety protocol is not that strict there, but still common sense should be common! And before I saw she was a 23 year old crane operator I thought she was about 12 or 13 years old!
