The ghosts maby like secret agents, if they reveal themself they may have to kill you. Maby that's why we almost never see them.
Why do you never go to check where the sounds are coming from? Especially those that you believe are footsteps??

18:05, couldn't that have been something naturally falling, afterall, the buillding is in a poor state, so it could be something like that?? 19:24 it could be a vehicle door slamming shut, a front door, back door also being shut? 23:35 wow, them footsteps are so clear, but (and i know its a long shot) but, couldnt someone be bouncing a basketball or a ball outside right next to this area or someone hammering something, but then, why would someone be doing that at that exact time? if it isnt explainable (maybe get beardo to take a lookk perhaps?) then this might one of the very few things that could prove the paranormal! but do i personally believe that this is paranormal – sadly no, but i'd like to be proved wrong this time.

Real Evidence gents I think you've got it. Its 100% not a drip as you can hear the sound moving, too loud to be an animal and the rhythm is perfect for human footsteps. I'm sure people will come up with rational explanations but for me I believe you've captured real paranormal here. Not intelligent but definitely residual, right place right time, great find it doesn't have to look the best if you capture something like this and awesome video as always 👍👍

Definitely sounded like boots or hard-healed shoes walking on a hardwood floor, or stairs. There was even a heel catch or two in there. Great capture ❤
