Oh my Goodness!!!! Love this!!!
Mark I always loved the history of the last Emperor he died when I was born, and reading his book and seeing the movie just showed how sad his life was and being overthrown by the republic and then the Japanese tricking him to keep his thrown through them. I would love to see the forbidden City hopefully one day. But such richness of the history to the growing of great food and culture.❤
Wow I love the history of the terra cotta army amazing to see it in person❤ and the food well what can I say YUMMY mmmmmmm. My favourite is that long noodle with hot oil chilli and shark fin soup.❤
21:54 Mark was really into that particular lamb dish! Looks sooo delicious!
Currently planning my trip to China for September with plans to eat until I’m bloated.

Hot Pepper, Hot and sour soups are prob my favourite, would love to that that Hot pepper sound with some chili oil.
Thank you, Mark, for covering this part of the world that not too many people have the opportunity to visit. Local Chinese food is fantastic for the price. There are of course very expensive places with better presentation and services, but what the locals normally eat is much more interesting.
