  1. I was putting this on for my cats to sleep to, to thought they fell asleep so I turned it off but their eyes opened and it looked at my iPad I knew they wanted to music again 😭

  2. Here a solitary old soldier tells the beginning of the legend of the Crystal Creek Cats of Algonquin, Illinois: the building in which the veteran lives is nestled in the bend of a swift-flowing creek which flows into the Fox River. Over the creek is a bridge, on which Main Street has two lanes of traffic, southwest to northeast, not the conventional north-south alignment, because of the particular undulation of the Fox here where the old Chicago Road, now designated US 62, crosses where over six score and ten years ago Dr Andrew Cornish established the ferry service, on or around 1870. But I digress; under the old bridge on Main, there has thrived since before anyone can remember, a colony of cats, some long-haired, having the appearance of Norweghian Forest cats, and others, domestic short-haired, often black with white markings, some looking like tuxedo, others just white-socked. What we will hear is the story of how some caring folk extended compassion to these cats when their world was turned upside down, when the old bridge was destroyed to build a new one in 2018. [To be continued]

  3. One cat is sleeping on the bathroom rug, the other is in the bedroom closet.. I, however passed out on the sofa for 2 hours listening to this.. thanks for the great cat nap!
