That sketch looks exactly like a boy I saw, at an apartment complex I used to live at.
People all around that complex saw and/or heard kids all the time.
My first experience I had the first night was, I was trying to go to sleep. Lights out, no t.v. or music. Quiet. Then it sounded like a group of about 7 or 8 kids running back and forth in the corridor. So I went out, and no kids. It sounded like they had moved down 2 floors to ground level. But it didn't stop. I had to ignore it to get to sleep.
I saw the boy. Others saw other kids. One said what he saw was maybe a shadow person, by his description, in my apartment. He wouldn't ever come back near my apartment. My daughter saw the same thing. Then she and her boyfriend moved out, leaving me there alone.
Everyone there, from kids to the oldest adult saw and heard things there, even after I moved, people would comment on it.
