31. nah, if you want to sleep good, get good afternoon IRa light (from the sunse and just before) to stimulate your cercadian to start making melatonin (to sleep well) and for the mitocondria to go uncoupled in order to start making heat instead of energy like they did during the day. (this is why you shouldnt eat at night, or you will likely just sweat all night, your mitocondria are in "night mode" and know they dont need to supply you energy to run instead all energy they recieve at night and late afternoon (including the energy from photons go to be stored to make heat during the night) and if you eat after dark well…. You can see what will happen.
