Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited state-of-the-art ‘Vantara’ — world’s largest animal rescue, rehabilitation & conservation centre in Gujarat. Anant Ambani’s passion project Vantara is a 3,500-acre expanse in Gujarat’s Jamnagar Refinery Complex. The world’s largest animal rescue centre, Vantara is home to over 150,000 rescued animals, including more than 2,000 animals across 43 species. While inaugurating the centre, the PM explored its various facilities and interacted with rehabilitated animals. During his visit, the PM stopped by the state-of-the-art wildlife hospital, which boasts advanced veterinary facilities, including MRI and CT scans, ICUs, and multiple specialised departments like Wildlife Anesthesia, Cardiology, and Internal Medicine. Vantara’s mission is to provide a safe haven for endangered and abused animals, with a focus on rescue, rehabilitation, and conservation. The centre has already made a significant impact, rescuing over 500 elephants and various other animals and birds, many of which are critically endangered.

  1. What a beautiful video? Why should he keep visiting Manipur all the time. They should make peace among themselves. Even wild animals live in peace and quiet, unlike humans whose needs will never be satisfied. Don't be overly ambitious and keep one's needs in control and check and find happiness in every aspect of God's creation, and then life will be fulfilling. I am sure Mr. Modi has long hours, which he keeps to help India. No one becomes rich in a day!!

  2. There are numerous people in our country who live in actual poverty and share their food with animals on footpath. Have the indians in these comments column not seen such things around them. We have become total slaves of the rich😢

  3. Kudos to Anant Ambani for his yeoman services rendered to helpless wild lives with four 'Rs" ie rescue, rehabilitation, restoration & in his VANTARA a unique project.May God bless him with long life to save thousands of mute animals in future.

  4. Great Prime Minister Narendra Modi spent a quality time in Jamnagar's Vantara during his visit to Gujarat. PM not only explored various facilities at the centre, he also closely interacted with various species of animals 👍🙏🙏
