I received the notice from my kid's school, several hours after Thomas passed away at the facility, and became overwhelmed with the local news report while my mind recreated Thomas' last moments and their parent's desperation to try to save them. I was greatly disturbed to learn how long it takes to safely decompress the chamber, even without an active fire, and hoped at the time that Thomas' suffering was brief. I hope the family received privacy and space to just grieve.
   A related grievance with MI have been related to the lack of grounded ports in the majority of MI homes I've stayed in.
