17. they are so smart and so cute …. my younger son had a puppy and carried her in a canvas Trader Joe's bag everywhere, school, supermarket, etc. until she was too old and heavy but for months she will bring the bag every time she sensed that my son is about to leave the house … and let's not forget how they react when they stare at themselves in the mirror! – she ruled the house, she protected the house and she never trusted the cable guy and was the best security system ever – she protected babies from other older kids, knew all the neighbors and their habits, knew who is about to come to visit from the sound of the car way before the car even turned the corner on the street – she also had a real issue when others were rearranging the couch pillows in any other way than my son's … being loud, yelling or having any arguments were a big issue for her and she will get in the middle and start staring at both in order to distract and end the argument …. like any German Shephard she shed a lot, had a strong and loving personality and the house and everyone that was accepted as a friend or family member became her 'pack' that needed her love, care and protection – she passed couple years ago but she left a life time of wonderful memories

25. WHY do so many German Shepherd Dog videos contain Belgian Malinois? If you can't tell the difference I would suggest you do more research on the breeds.

26. They have to be this cute as pups to compensate for being such crazed little beasts as pups! My boy is 9 now, such a good boy! Makes me forget I had to replace so many pairs of shoes. (A family member would leave him unattended while I was at work, that’s how he got my shoes) Well worth the trials of puppyhood! Can’t imagine life without him.

32. Grew up with GSD's Ivan, a pure black GSD, got up to 115 lbs, when passed mom had him cremated and he is buried with her. There is NOTHING more loyal and intelligent than a GSD. A dog is just NOT a pet, he/she is family. Our Gracie girl is an essential part of the family. LOVED these GSD videos – puppies are sooooo cute.

37. We have 4 and they were total land sharks as puppies.😂. The vet calls our youngest one xena, who's almost 3 a crack head cause she's still hyper.lol❤ But I love them and they are here to stay forever.❤

39. Schitzen I rated Shepards are bred to be gentle, family dogs, The II dogs are bred for police work and the III dogs are bred for Army work. Be certain what rating the puppies were bred for before buying!
