Ignore everything that man said… nothing was true. Lol The first tornado was already formed… it wasn't "touching down" you saw it when it picked up debris high enough. And I'm not sure about that second one but it surely looked like a shoot off smaller tornado from a larger one near by not a dying out old rope.
