45. OMG, who does that to a dog. That poor poor baby. Thank God the rescuers got there no later than they did, and thank God they didn’t give up on her. I learned, through kitten rescue, that nothing is dead until it is warm and dead. I hope all who watched this now know that too. Don’t give up until you have warmed the poor pup/kitty up. Thank you to all who saved this dog. ❤❤❤
