Some tips to properly workout:
1.Lift an appropriate amount of weight. Start with a weight you can lift comfortably 12 to 15 times.
2.Use proper form. Learn to do each exercise correctly.
3.Breathe. You might be tempted to hold your breath while you’re lifting weights.
4.Seek balance.
5.Add strength training in your fitness routine.
6. Rest.
Most of the people have no idea they’re doing it wrong, so if you see someone doing something wrong in the gym, advice him/her on a friendly way (not everyone wants to be helped).
