THAT IS HORRIBLE WHO PUTS PUPPIES AND THEIR MOTHER INSIDE A PLASTIC BAG LEFT TO DIE. THAT HURTS ME THAT THE MOTHER DIED. POOR PUPPIES. THE PUPPIES STILL NEEDED THEIR MOTHER. I HOPE THOSES OWNERS GET CAUGHT FOR WHAT THEY DID ! !. I HOPE THESE. PUPPIES GO TO.LOVING HOMES AND CARING PEOPLE. THEY HAVE BEEN THROUGH SO MUCH ! ! THANK GOD FOR YOU ALL RESCUEING THEM.

It’s so heartbreaking that someone would leave pet behind but to tie them up in a plastic bag is so cruel, then to top it off put the babies in there too. There’s a special place for people like that, it’s called Hell! Thank God you found them to save the remaining 4.
Those who do such a thing cannot be called humans or even animals …
So bad people they are…..those left them…..in ice…… lovely mom….. save her babies life….but she passed….its too bad….to see…. after all mother is mother

Disgusting humans! I hope they suffer and pay for what they did! I am so disgusted with the things we keep seeing in this world, human beings are so cruel they don't have a heart. Poor dog, at least you were able to save some of her puppies. But it is so sad that they did this horrible thing, I will never understand these monsters.
That's so sad. I can't believe how some can be so cruel. Trying to nurse from a dead mother. We've got to do better than this.

I do not know what to say about this video are you really upset about this video I need a moment here to control my tears the poor mother dog didn't even get a chance to enjoy her babies I give them love and the poor puppies didn't even get a chance to know their mom what kind of person would do something like this I can't even understand what goes trick people's mind to do something like this they're heartless what it's okay for you to give the mother dog a little bit of love and attention until she gets pregnant and then you throw her away I wish there was some kind of way to find this person and hanging no that's too good for them they should be put in prison and rot this upsets me so much

I keep getting drawn to these sad stories hoping for a happy ending, but it is so depressing to realize there are people all over the world who do these atrociously unkind acts to animals. Thank God for the angels who save these innocent creatures that depend on us for life because we have domesticated them and made them dependent.

Again we are reminded of the depravity of humanity. To abandon a family of dogs in a plastic bag in the snow – I can only say I hope they see them everyday I'm their sleep. A dog would never abandon you. Thank God the four babies survived & were rescued. My hope they will grow up strong & will find forever homes to love them. Thank you for saving them
