I do believe ghosts but I experienced ghost activity twice in the same place. First sighting, An awkward pitch black hand tried slapping something but nothing was there to slap and I saw it coming from the ceiling. It resembled a hand from a Ghost Adventures episode. I looked there. Nothing was there. Second time, I heard footsteps on a roof. It was as if the spirit was gonna commit suicide. A cousin said it was probably just a bird. But it clearly sounded like a human.

I think the only way to tell if ghosts really exist is to put a locked off camera inside a secured room of a place that allegidly has history of paranormal activity for up to a year and see what comes out of it. If they exist the camera should pick up something and EVPS.
