I would of done the same thing,saved the dog
It sure wasn't the dog's fault. People are stupid, wandering near flood control channels during a rain storm, bringing their dogs with them. Dogs are smart. They wouldn't do that on their own.
RUFF DAY FOR SCOOBY, GLAD HE IS SAFE AND SOUND. FOX11 SHOULD DO A PIECE ON THE HEROES OF LAFD/ANIMAL RESCUE SPECIAL UNIT OPERATIONS WHO SAVED SCOOBY AND SO MANY ANIMALS IN THE CITY OF ANGELS.
