12. I wanted to say who ever did this they had to have been homeless ..and do to something like this. YOU ARE A BLESSING AND I SAY THAT FROM MY HEART ❤ to rescue these precious Animals .

Why would anyone do this. you will make this little one all the love and kindness with you. and go out of your way to find and help these precious Animals give them food and water and to see if they are sick and in need of care.
