22. I’m From Pikeville. To Me, This Is The Wrost Flooding We Have Seen In DECADES. The Water Didn’t Get High Where I live. But it Got High In Virgie, Breathitt County, Floyd County, and Many More Places. So Sad To See 25 People Passing Away From Flooding. Lord Help Us❤️😇.

    Apparently this was videoed by some guy stranded on a dry spot that videoed them for a half hour as some guy swam to the house and got them out.
