5. For the life of me, i can't understand how people can do this to animals animals. This isn't happening in Australia that's for shore. You have so many homeless people as well animals. WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU???!!!

7. A little white stray came into our yard when I was 6 years old. She was severely matted, dirty and hungry. We started feeding her and one day in a really bad storm I asked my mom if I could " bring that dog inside?" She said yes and the dog slept inside on my bed for the next 13 years. We groomed her and found out, that her little tail actually stood up. ( it had been so matted it dragged on the ground) she hadn't been able to left it. She was spayed and went to the doggy spa to get groomed regularly. We named her Rags and she pasted when I was 19. She will always and forever remain my best friend ever.

23. With all the help and funding available for pets today there’s no excuse for anything like this. Groomers, Vet and vet technicians are there to help you with the funds. You can always call your local shelter if you see an animal that is in distress. Don’t wait for someone else to do it.
    Please help ??

29. Guys remember this comment isn't a joke but if you wanna became friends with a dog on the streets you need a burger a loving heart a leash and most important patients (sorry If I spelt anything wrong)

30. Hard to believe it's even the same dog after the trim and bath. Amazing. What breed is it? Poodle maybe? Also, crazy how dirty the street is at the beginning of the video. I don't come from a large urban environment like that so it blows my mind to see so much garbage/litter laying around.
