With the good…. comes the bad. I think I might consider this the bad? Talk about Lake front property!!!!! Go ahead and pack up. How about it catching on fire from a candle. At least the insurance would cover it.

Yo Ed!! I have a suggestion for you………MOVE !!! How much of a hint from mother nature do you need to get the hell away from there??!! It's time.
In Europe along the Rhine river they build roads, parks adjacent to the river with commercial & residential buildings set back from the rivers edge by hundreds of feet. Allowing both land and water views to be spectacular from both vantage points. Here in the US we've got apartment complexes falling into the ocean from building right along the edge. The homes in Lake Erie don't belong there.
