You can see how enraged the rest of the fisherman are when they see an official pull lead weights out of the bellies of their fish. Way to ruin a dream job for a lot of people CHEATERS!!

All the fish should have been passed through a scanner. Even a cheap-o wand type would have found their lead weights years ago.

Well you can’t do anything about before. It doesn’t matter if they cheated in the past. They were never caught. Now I do agree they should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. A lot of competitors and sponsors lost a lot of money because of it. I’m just wondering why nothing was done about it sooner. Doesn’t matter now so let it go. Yes they had to kill those fish because they put those weights in them. They should pay a big price for that. All for what to be considered a good fisherman. Well how did that work for ya. They should have to pay a heavy fine, barred from ever fishing again tournament or no tournament, pay all money back to their sponsors, formal apology to the rest of the competitors, forfeit any titles they may have won in the past and return all prize money. Do some days in jail just cause of the fish dying.
